INVITATION TO BID

The School Committee of Lee, Massachusetts, 300A Greylock Street, Lee, MA 01238 is inviting quotations for School Business Management Services for the period of August 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

Specifications, as a basis for bid proposals, may be obtained at the Office of the Superintendent of Schools, 300A Greylock Street, Lee, MA 01238. Questions regarding specifications may be directed to the Superintendent’s Office, (413) 243-2076, Ext 3003.

Proposals must be submitted in writing, in sealed envelopes addressed to the Superintendent of Schools, on or before 11:00 a.m., July 29, 2022. Said bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at the Superintendent’s Office at that time. Action on bid submissions will be done in accordance with the specifications.

Proposals must be submitted in a proper and clear manner on dealer’s business stationery and signed by an authorized representative of the dealer or company and in accordance with the submission requirements per the specifications. The outside of the envelope must be marked “BID-SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SERVICES (FY23)”.

The Lee School Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids if they deem it to be in the best interest of the town of Lee.
